My sister, Judy developed this recipe for Lite Baking Powder Biscuits for her family and was kind enough to share them with us. She was able to incorporate flaxseed meal, oats and wheatgerm into these classic biscuits for added texture and flavor. They are easy to make and smell wonderful baking in the oven.
