Grilled Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Yields: 6 Servings Difficulty: Easy Cook Time: 40 Mins

I enjoy grilling vegetables this time of year.  One of my husband, Gary’s favorites is my Grilled Bacon Brussel Sprouts.  Brussel Sprouts are very popular in Brussels, Belgium which is probably where they received their name. They are members of the cabbage family and look like miniature cabbages.  Considered one of the superfoods they are low in calories but high in nutrients.   Brussels are high in fiber, folate and Vitamins A, C and K.  I grill the brussel sprouts with some bacon and tomatoes and top with a Balsamic Vinegar Glaze.  Happy Cooking!
