Honolulu Punch

Yields: 4 Servings Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 5 Mins

Nothing beats a big, tall, chilled glass of Honolulu Punch when you are dry and thirsty.  This cool, summery non-alcoholic Hawaiian drink is sweet and fruity tasting and looks colorful, too.  If you like Grenadine then this is the drink for you this summer.  Grenadine is a simple syrup made from pomegranate and lemon juice and you can purchase it in most retail stores.  Whether you are reclining next to your pool or by the ocean this drink will cool you off.

I will be sharing a lot of summer drinks this season in my food blog.  I would like to revive some vintage drinks from the past that our parents may have favored.  But, I also want to explore some of the current flavors and tastes of summer.
