This week I’m sharing a tasty recipe that my husband loves. It’s a dinner entree I call Mini Beef Shepherd Bowls. It’s a spinoff of the English dish Shepherd ‘s Pie. This dish is filled with ground beef, vegetables and mashed potatoes in a rich sauce. For dessert I’ll teach you how to bake a delicious, moist cake called Dark Chocolate Sheet Cake . Happy Cooking!
