Chocolate Peanut Butter S’mores

At the end of your Memorial Day Celebration you may be looking for something sweet to eat.  If you have a fire pit you can make these Chocolate Peanut Butter S’mores by roasting the marshmallows on a stick over the fire.  Just place the roasted marshmallow between graham crackers with a peanut butter cup on one side.  If not, you can roast the marshmallows in the oven with the other ingredients.  Chocolate, peanut butter and marshmallows make a great combination.  This is a treat you can have anytime once you buy the ingredients and keep them in your pantry.  They sell marshmallows now that are specifically designed in a square shape to make your S’mores.  Enjoy these treats at your next barbecue or cookout.

  • Turn broiler on low. Cover a large sheet pan or broiler pan with aluminum foil. Then, line up two rows of graham crackers on each side of the pan. Place marshmallows on top of the right side of graham crackers. Place chilled chocolate peanut butter cups thins on top of the left side of graham crackers.
  • Heat the S'mores under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows look golden brown and the chocolate peanut butter cups are melted. To assemble the S'mores place the marshmallow graham cracker and the chocolate graham together in a sandwich. Let cool for a minute, and eat warm.
