My family loves homemade fresh blueberry pancakes on a lazy Saturday morning with maple syrup. My Homemade Orange Blueberry Pancakes are delicious and chock-full of fresh blueberries with a hint of orange. Homemade pancakes are made from all of the traditional baking ingredients; flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, eggs, butter and of course some baking powder to help them rise. I’ve added orange juice and blueberries for extra flavor. Just pour a 1/3 cup of pancake batter into a skillet with a little oil on medium high heat. The pancakes will get bubbles on top while cooking and when the bubbles break it’s time to flip them over. Cook until lightly browned and fluffy. We top the blueberry pancakes with a pat of butter and some maple syrup. Happy Cooking!

May 2021 Memorial Day was my final blog post for Heavenly Homemade Cooking. My website simply stopped working and froze. Please enjoy all of the recipes I was able to share. I plan on leaving the blog up and running but I will not be able to add any new material. Thank you for your support of Heavenly Homemade Cooking for the year that it was up and running.
