When I’m hanging out at the Jersey Shore I enjoy sampling it’s seafood. My Fancy Shrimp Salad Sandwiches make a great light lunch and taste delicious. I use cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp in this dish. It’s a great recipe for leftover shrimp from your refrigerator. Shrimp is one of the most popular shellfish in the world. At only 84 calories in 3 ounces it’s high in protein at 18 grams. It also has an abundant amount of Vitamin B-12, iodine, iron and is a good source of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. I make my shrimp salad using my Aioli sauce and some red peppers, tomatoes and red onion. Happy Cooking!
