Happy Springtime!

This week I’m making a classic springtime meal. My Honey Dijon Mustard Ham Steak goes great with my Apricot Mashed Sweet Potatoes and my French Green Beans. I use a fresh ham steak for this dish and it cooks in 30 minutes time. I make my mashed sweet potatoes from fresh already peeled and cutup potatoes from the produce section of the supermarket.
