Pork sausage goes well with pancakes or eggs for breakfast. My Maple Pork Sausage is delicious because I add a touch of maple syrup to each sausage patty before cooking. I find it easy to cook my pork sausage in the oven at 375* on a foil lined cookie sheet. I use a roll of pork sausage and slice it into individual patties. You can also use regular presliced sausage patties in this dish. You don’t need to turn the sausage when it’s cooked in the oven. The sausage should brown nicely in about 20-25 minutes.
