Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all of the veterans who have served our country including my husband, Gary and Melanie’s father, Bruce. Your service is appreciated! I have created a menu this week which includes Hawaiian Coconut Shrimp with a Peach Dipping Sauce, Sunny Day Red Potato Salad, Broccoli Coleslaw and for dessert Chocolate Peanut Butter S’mores.
