Today is Mardi Gras in New Orleans and everybody is ready to celebrate. This year people in New Orleans are decorating their front porches and creating house floats in their front yards. Since New Orleans is known for their Cajun and Creole cuisine I’m making my spicy Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo along with my crispy Italian Cheese Quick Bread. Happy Cooking!
