Sometimes I’m in the mood for a quick and easy dessert. My No-Bake Cheesecake with Strawberries doesn’t require any baking and is easy to prepare. This pie is whipped up in your mixer bowl and gets topped with fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce. The filling, which is made from cream cheese, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk, will remind you of a light, fluffy cheesecake. The pie crust is a crushed graham cracker style and tastes great. Once assembled the whole pie is chilled in your refrigerator for several hours. Happy No-Bake Cooking!

Preparing graham cracker crust

- Slice up strawberries and set aside. To make chocolate sauce heat up 2 cups of water and bring to a boil in the bottom of a double boiler pan or saucepan. In the top pan or heat proof bowl add the chocolate chips and heavy cream and place over bottom pan, covered. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Using a whisk, stir chips until smooth. Let cool for 15 minutes.
