My Cheddar Beef Burgers help you easily create a cheeseburger on the grill without worrying about adding cheese at the end. I place the cheddar cheese in the center of the burger and it melts inside while the burger is cooking. Feel free to try any type of cheese you enjoy. I like to use ground chuck hamburger meat for my burgers but feel free to use whatever type your family likes. One pound of ground meat usually makes 6 burgers. Try not to make the burgers too thick or they will take a lot longer to cook. Serve burgers with some fixings like – sliced onion, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and relish.
