This week I’m sharing some of my favorite summer dishes like Sticky Barbecue Chicken Drumsticks, Roasted Red Potatoes with Brussels and my Cheesy Zucchini Cornbread. My zucchini bread is loaded with Jersey Fresh zucchini, summer squash, red peppers and some Mexican cheddar jack cheese. Enjoy the sunshine!
Fire up your grill, it’s time to start barbecuing some big, juicy burgers. This week I’ve created a classic barbecue menu which includes – Cheddar Beef Burgers, Tomato & Cucumber Salad, Molasses Crockpot Baked Beans and Peach Strawberry Pan Dowdy for dessert. So head out to your deck or patio and get your picnic started.
