New Jersey is famous for it’s corn-on-the cob. This week’s recipe Jersey Corn with Garlic Chive Butter is tasty and delicious. I microwave my corn-on-the cob in the husk. First I soak it in a large pan of water for 30 minutes. Then I microwave it. When you cook corn in the husk it maintains it’s fresh flavor and intensity.
