Tangy Broccoli Coleslaw
When summer hits we all look for interesting and tasty summer salads. This recipe originated from my sister, Chris and I made a few changes so I'm happy to share it with you. Tangy Broccoli Coleslaw will be a refreshing addition to your summer barbecue menu. You can buy prepackaged Broccoli Coleslaw fixings in your supermarket. The bag contains fresh shredded broccoli, carrots and red cabbage. The salad is garnished with cranberries and gorgonzola cheese. The dressing is tart and tangy. Make this salad the day before to let all of the flavors marry. Serve chilled with the Hawaiian Coconut Shrimp dish.
