Grilled Steak with Onion-Mushroom Sauce

Happy Father's Day!  Every meatlover enjoys a good steak on the grill.  Nothing beats that smokey, charred surface and that tender beefy flavor.  My Grilled Steak with Onion-Mushroom Sauce is my husband's all time favorite summer meal.  His dad used to grill steaks every summer Sunday in his backyard after returning home from their weekend fishing trip.  This week I'm highlighting a bone-in rib-eye steak cooked to medium on the grill.  We like our steaks covered with onions and mushrooms in a light sauce.  You can grill Sirloin Steaks, Filet Mignon, T-Bone, Porterhouse or New York Strip steaks, to name a few, on your grill.  Happy Grilling!
